My Testimony My name is JR Dudeck and I am 31 years old. I have had the amazing privilege of growing up in a Christian family with parents who love God with all of their hearts.
Every night as a child my parents would have devotions with me before I went to bed. I can still remember how one night, when I was seven years old, after having devotions with my mom I asked her what I needed to do to be saved. She opened the Bible and showed me the plan of salvation. That evening I knelt beside my bed with my mom and gave my heart and life to Christ. Since then I have tried my best to live for Christ and do what God wanted me to do. It hasn't always been easy and there have been times when I have struggled in my walk with God. One thing He has been teaching me is that He is always faithful and He will never give up on me. After completing high school at Heritage Academy in Hagerstown, MD, I went on to study youth ministry and missions at Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. It was during this time that God really burdened my heart to reach the next generation for Christ. In 2012-2013 I had the unique opportunity to spend 11 months in Lima, Peru on a missions internship with BMM (Baptist Mid Missions). It was during this trip that the Lord gave me a burden to reach youth in Peru with the Gospel. |

My Call To Ministry |
God called me to ministry at a very young age. I was 13 years old when I first felt God's leading on my life to be involved in full time ministry. God has given me a passion for youth and He has used that passion to allow me to start and run a day camp for kids for 4 years. I first felt God's call on my life in the area of missions when I was in 9th grade. In 9th grade I had the opportunity to go on a short term missions trip with my high school to La Victoria, Mexico. Even though I knew very little Spanish at the time I fell in love with the Hispanic people and culture. God reaffirmed this call on my life when I had the opportunity to do a year long internship in Lima, Peru. During that time I was able to learn Spanish and become more accustom to Latin culture. God broke my heart while I was in Peru and He gave me a passion to see the people of Peru come to know Him as their personal Savior!
